I can't transfer money from Paypal account to my Visa card. This message appears "some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet". Does anybody know how to solve it? Thank you.
In most countries you can only withdraw to a confirmed bank account, check what the options are for your country by clicking on the flag for your country and going to your home page.
