Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving funds through a Smart Button. First, have you completed the steps needed to Receive Funds? Also, did you receive a confirmation email from PayPal stating the funds have been deposited into your PayPal balance? If not, I would double check with the sender that they have actually made the payment on your site. If you're still having issues after double checking with your buyer, you can reach out Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
