I see you're looking to receive Facebook settlement to your PayPal account. When someone initiates a payment to your PayPal account, you will always be updated via email about the payment details and the same will reflect in your activity page. To receive the money, you must confirm your email address. If you haven't received any notification, please contact the Facebook support team to check this further.
Also, there are some ongoing scams where the fraudsters try to trick you into thinking you've received a payment. If you have received the notification, but no money is credited in your account, please report it to PayPal by forwarding the email to phishing@paypal.com and also check this page to know more about common scams.
