Hello, I am coming to you to let you know about my difficulties in initiating a payment of 49 $ to buy a test of Duolingo Test, I opened a paypal account, then I tried to use the Mastercard card, but it does not work . For hours I have been trying but no solutions. I’m from Senegal.
