Sent money using to an account that I closed. Tried linking the new email to the new account but no money has reflected in the paypal account.

Their system should not accept the payment to a closed/invalid account, same as if it's a phone number they won't accept for verification. Once again since it cause us to lose money it called for a class action lawsuit if they ignore this.
