Sent a transaction to friend. Its on hold

I sent my friend a transaction from Egypt to the UAE. We aren’t sellers and her money is now on hold. What can we definitely do to get her money released faster than 21 days?

Unfortunately as you don't have the friends/family option in your countries then all payments go as for goods/services and the new seller hold applied as per link.
