Sent a payment to an blocked bank account

Hello there, I accidentally transfer money to a blocked bank account that I can't access, but thr payment shown on my PayPal account as completed. The bank account is from Payoneer, and the payoneer account is blocked. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks in advance!

Paypal does not support Payoneer (or other virtual banks), you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.

Complete just means that paypal have completed your request to send it to the bank account you asked it to be sent to.

It does not mean its in that account, so you need to wait and see if it bounces back to your Paypal balance, allow 14 days and if no sign contact customer services for a trace.
