I tried to send some money to a friend and I got a message that this friend needs to create a PayPal account. He has had the same account via his email for over 10 years. Not sure why it is not going through then. The only thing "off" is the capitalization of the first letter in his gmail account. That has never posed an issue before. If I cancel the transaction will I get charged? I can just send him a check since this seems to not be working.
