Sending to friends and family when not enough funds in bank account

Is it possible to transfer funds to family and friends when bank balance is less but deposit to bank account will be made following day?

Yes. But if by chance the debit occurs earlier than your deposit though, your bank may charge a fee for being insufficient, and PayPal will make up to more two attempts while your PayPal balance goes negative. Your best bet is to top up your bank account only. Don’t attempt to top up bank account and add money to PayPal or you’ll be topping up your PayPal balance twice. One top up will resolve the negative balance, the other will be a top up which you can later transfer back to your bank.
