I'm trying to send money to a friend via Paypal, which I send usually it without problem.
Today It keeps telling me the following message:
"This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions."
What is the solution if you've been through the same issue before?
