So I sent 30$ from my Paypal balance to my bank account. The money arrived. I only wanted to see that the transfer will work, so I want to send those 30$ back to my Paypal balance. What would be the easiest way to achieve this?
It says that a Korean account cannot top up your account, so I don't see a "send money" option, only "transfer payment". I also figured out that you can't invoice yourself. Can you request a refund for a self transfer? Not sure how you'd go about doing this

You can't add funds to a balance in your country.
So the only way to hold a balance is by someone paying you and the funds going into that balance.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
