Sending donations from non-profit to another non-profit

Cannot get anyone at PayPal to answer the phone, so I am trying here 🙂

Our non-profit has received a number of donations through PayPal. I need to transfer some of the money to another non-profit. I do not have the options of "Friends and Family" available, only "Goods and Services".

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion sending money to another non-profit. After a recent update in July 2023, Business accounts can no longer receive personal payments. If the recipient you're trying to send to is a Business account, they would only be able to receive Goods and Services transactions.
