The first automatic payment didn't go through so I send the payment manually with the same information. The next day PayPal took that same amount from my debit card. How can I get one payment back so I didn't pay twice for the same thing? Thanks!
If the payment was made twice, you can get in touch with the merchant to ask for a refund for one of the payment. You can find their contact information by clicking on the transaction on Activity page of your PayPal account.
