I am from Ukraine, and I created and verified my PayPal account. On the main PayPal UA page, it is stated that I can receive funds. My client sent a payment to my PayPal on August 5th this year, but the money is still not in my account. I argued with the client, but today I noticed that my account cannot receive funds. How can I get my money? Should I ask the client to cancel this payment and send it to me via another network? Or is there a way to receive it on PayPal after all?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
You also can't use the friends/family option to sell goods or services, if you do then Paypal will permanent ban your account so be careful.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
