Send money without verification that it's me

I can't send money because it says they can't verify it's me and asks me to add my number

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to send money because it indicates that system cannot verify your identity. It usually happens if you are accessing the account from different location or if you use VPN/ untrusted network. Please try to clear your cache and cookies to see if it works. However, if you are still facing issue you will have to contact our support.
