Send from Paypalin France to my account in Morocco

Hello,

I have a Paypal account and I am in France and I want to send money to my account in Morocco, however, I can't seem to do that. I wanted to use Zoom as well but I don't have a French card to link to it. What can I do in this case? Do I need to create a Paypal account from a Moroccan IP? 

I am really clueless as to what is the solution.

You can send from France using the xoom app to a persons bank account in Morocco.

You should also be able to send a payment from a French registered paypal account to a Moroccan paypal account but may be restricted to a goods/services payment (don't think you have the friends/family option in your country of Morocco.

However you can't use a country specific Paypal account internationally so if you are in France you would need to have a French registered paypal account + cards etc from that country. But unfortunately you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 a business account.
