Seems I lost my money. My transaction disappeared in my PayPal dashboard

Hello. I don't know what to do. I paid 4.32 USD to ovh.com which was successful in PayPal but pending in Ovh. OVH told me they would cancelled it that I will get it after 35 days. It was there few days ago in my PayPal dashboard. I tried to submit despite but was told that this doesn't qualify for dispute. Today I checked my login but can find a trace of that transaction again. What can I do

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.

Sometimes the merchant can void the transaction on their side in which case you may get the funds released more quickly.

Yes. What you said is what they explained. The transaction took place in 18th August. I saw it in my transaction history fews days ago. Now it's invisible. It doesn't show at all. Although 30 days have not reached
