SENT IT TO WRONG ACCOUNT

my buyer sent the payment to the wrong account, how could we do to get the recipient info like email or phone number? she sent it by username

If they click on the transaction in their paypal account then that information should be on the details page.

If you can't find contact information OR they don't respond then you may have to open a dispute dependent on how the money was sent or funded.
