I want to send money but link card always appear whilst my card is already link . I don't know what to do. Can you help me remedy this situation and make the payment?

Have you bought items before or is it a new account?
Did you confirm the card after adding it?
Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Am new . I want to send money. My first sending was successful and after that it doesn't work . This is what appears every time : link a new card. I have already link it and link it several times but it works not
