SENDING MONEY TO USA

I AM TRYING TO SEND MONEY TO MY FRIENDS IN THE USA AND THEY SAID IT IS ON HOLD 24 HOURS AND THEN IT GETS REFUNDED BACK TO ME AND THEY DON'T GET IT.

PLEASE HELP WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND WHAT CAN I DO?

Are you using the friends/family option?

If you are then it won't work for you as business accounts can no longer send or receive friends/family payments.

Yes you can use goods/services but they would be charged a fee and maybe be subject to the new seller hold if they have not received payments for goods/services before, they would also have needed to have opened a balance OR do so to receive your payment.

However if it is a f/f payment then why not use xoom as previously suggested?
