Hi There, Someone offer me a good deal. And he ask me to sens money thru this paypal. So, when I put the name of reciever and click continue. It show send money for Goods and services , or I select the money for family or friend. If I select the money for goods and services, will I able to cancel or hold the payment until I have receive the goods. Thanks
