Reverse back to where i withdrew from

i have received money to my email that is not registered on PayPal and in on order to access the money, i must first create a paypal account, which i cannot do here in Nigeria, i want the money to be reversed, what do i do?

I understand that you have receive money in PayPal even though you do not have a PayPal account and you want to refund the amount back to the sender. As you do not have an account, kindly do reach us via phone and select "Call us as Guest".
