Reverse a refund

Buyer reported item as not received, payment put on hold so I didn’t receive funds.

Buyer has now received parcel but Case has been closed In her favour but she won’t resend payment to me until PayPal refund her for the item what do I do ?

Sadly nothing you can do as once a dispute has been closed and a refund awarded then its between you and the buyer.

You could try the small claims court?
