Requesting money from abroad

I have someone wanting to send me money ( Im a twitch streamer) Theyre using euros € and they asked me to request money from them to get the donation? Is this a scam? Will i be charged international fees for requesting from them. Im cautious of scams

It looks like you wish to know if the fee is involved if you request money abroad. Please note that we do not charge any fee for requesting money. However, the sender should be able to send directly by entering your email address. To learn more about fees, please visit www.paypal.com and click 'Fee' at the bottom of the page.
