Reply to PayPal in Message Center

I received a message from Paypal asking to confirm my transaction and answer questions but there is no reply option. How the heck do you reply to PayPal in message center??????

Use the send message option from your account.

The confusing part is that I had to copy paste the original email into a new send message. Why don't they include a reply option when PayPal sends me a message?
