Here's an article from our Help Center on how to receive payments through PayPal. If everything looks fine on the account, you can certainly contact the merchant for further inquiry. Also, check if you have received any notification about your account status in the resolution center. If yes, kindly complete the process to receive the payment. I hope this helps.
