Release of Held Funds that I sent to someone and he said the money is held.

Dear PayPal Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent transaction. I sent money to my customer on 29/10/2024, but they have informed me that the payment is still on hold. I would like to clarify that I have already received the goods I paid for, and I believe that there shouldn’t be any reason for the funds to be held up. Please assist in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience so that the recipient can access the funds without further delay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards.

We understand your concern regarding receiving payment which is on hold. Log in to account and click on Know your options under PayPal balance, to see if anything can help release payments on hold. Payments can be released from hold by following the steps mentioned in the PayPal balance page and in the article. Also, refer the help centre article to know the reasons to hold your payment.
