Release my money!!!

Can anyone please help me release my money? This is our only source of income since my husband doesn't have a job!! This is where I receive my payment! We have due bills todayyy, it's the end of the month!!!! I was hoping you'll understand my situation!!! This is our only source of income!! Please release it! I'll be requesting for an increase to my wallet limit this month!! Plwase release!

We can't do anything as this is not customer services, you would need to contact customer services.

Can't advise as you haven't even said if its a temporary or permanent hold OR just the new seller hold?

I am having the same problem but they will not take my money that is mine and release it

I understand you're experiencing a payment hold, and I'm sorry to hear that. If you have received a new seller payment hold, I suggest checking out this Help Center article. We also have a few more articles if you'd like to learn more about why payment holds are placed and how to lift them. If your account was limited, we also have details on how to lift a temporary limitation. Permanent limitations cannot typically be lifted, but you are welcome to request a second option by reaching out to Customer Support through the 'Contact' button at the bottom of our website.
