Reject money paid to my PayPal

Can I reject money which I got to my PayPal? - I want to reject it so PayPal will get it back to the payer. Is that OK?

If its showing in your paypal balance and not on hold then you should be able to refund it.

Looks like the instructions are not working for me. when I Click Activity near the top of the page, I get a menu but no option to Click the payment I want to refund, so there isn't a "Issue a Refund" option.

Can you look in your account if I'm right or do something wrong?
