Problems with a company called paddle.com? They may charge me a subscription rate for a company that I cannot locate. I used it to clean my computer six months ago now I no longer have access to the computer.
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
