Refused everytime

So I wanted to buy some items online (a gift sub) using Paypal on Google Pay as I buy on my phone. Everytime it refuses the payment and I don't know why. I tried to delete the payment method of Paypal and setting it again but it doesnt work. I even deleted the bank account from Paypal and put it again but it didn't work. I don't know why it won't let me buy anything when I used to buy frequently the same way.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to link a card. Our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, I would recommend you clear cache and cookies or try using a different browser.
