I recently had a transaction processed then refunded through PayPal but 2 days later they took the funds from my bank account!! Then I tried to contact them using that absolutely useless assistant thing they have and it was pointless! How do you talk to a human and resolve this issue so I can get my money back?? I love using PayPal but this is ridiculous!!! Please PayPal contact me.
If you funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
