Refund

I sent a gift to my grandson through friends & family. But he's only 15 and can't access the money! How do I get it returned?

If his account has been permanently limited as an illegally held underage account then he could not use the refund option which would be the only way to get your funds back automatically.

If you funded your payment via a credit card and see if they will help but they may not do so as it was not a payment for a purchase.

OR ask customer services if they can with your sons permission issue the funds back to you.
