Refund

I have a refund that I can see in my account as a credit but it has not gone back to my credit card? Does anyone know why?

Thanks for your post. I understand that you have received a refund but it's not reflecting in your card. Not to worry! Usually, refund to card can take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement. Please check this article for more information on how refund works.
