Good day. I was refunded last Jan 21 but my banks says there is no pending for crediting. My bank is BPI. Anyone shares the same dilemma? How many days before I receive my refund in BPI?

A refund goes back to the funding source that was used to make the payment. The usual timeframe is 5-7 days, and if the payment was made using a credit card, it can take up to 30 days depending on your credit card issuer.
