Refund source of funds

It just so happens that I need to do a refund, but my paypal balance has no funds on it right now. However, I am trying to make a refund from my linked bank account as a backup payment method / source of funds, but an error occurs as if I am trying to do it from my balance. This error: "You don't have sufficient balance to complete this refund". Any solutions ?

Is your bank account linked and confirmed on your paypal account and does the name on bank and paypal account match.

I don't know why I do not able to make a refund with my bank account. I always took the same message "You don’t have sufficient balance to complete this refund".

I understand you're having difficulty issuing a refund with your linked bank account, @aliceking, and I apologize for any frustration this has caused. As it has been a few days, I hope you've already been able to process the refund. If not, I agree with @kernowlass, and recommend checking that your bank account is confirmed. If it is confirmed and you are still unable to use it for refunds, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support for assistance investigating.
