I recently recieved had a refund from aliexpress which was from a purchase i made in September via PayPal using a debit card. However that card is no longer working as the account linked to it was closed by Chase about a month or so ago? Will it end up going into my PayPal balance or am I out of luck and/or possibly have to deal with the hassle of asking Chase? It says it was sent to card on the 18th but is still showing it wasnt completed and accepted by the bank but it says it will/should be completed by tomorrow the 21st.
If it shows as completed then reach out to your card issuer, if the card issuer actually declines the refund then it should bounce back to your paypal balance.
