Refund of my payment was not a refund, but another payment

I have made a purchase on Ebay, paid with PayPal (linked to credit card). Right after the payment I have cancelled the purchase, and Ebay notified me I have been refunded. And PayPal notified me I have been refunded. It is also noted in "Activity" as a Refund, +141,45 EUR. But on my credit card it is not a refund, but another purchase - another payment to "PAYPAL *EBAY DE", for the same value 141,45 EUR.

Should I call PayPal?

If the transaction on PayPal shows as refunded, it would be processed in 3-5 business days. However, it would take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement. Thank you! -Nasir
