Refund not received

I have 2 closed disputes. Not 1 of the refunds were paid into my bank account. What do I do?

Yes, I won both cases as a resolution but no funds were received

Your best bet is to check with customer services but if you had a message to say you had been refunded it would take about a week to clear through to your funding source.

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
