Refund not received even when it says it is complete.

Hello all. I have been charged for £184.99 for a subscription on the 29/12/23 that i forgot to cancel. The money was not withdrawn from my bank account immediately, as i did not have enough at the time in my current account that is linked to my Paypal. I requested a refund from the company, and they refunded the same day. On 3/1/24, i had deposited £250 into my current account, and then the £184.99 was withdrawn from my bank account about an hour after depositing. As of today, (5/1/24), i have not received anything, while the refund says it is complete. I am very confused/annoyed, please can anyone could help? Thanks

All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Please take a look at this Help Center Article to know more information about the refund. If you still do not receive the funds, please reach out to our PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our concerned team can raise a ticket to trace the funds. You may check this link to find alternative options.
