I want report the problem with the rufund on this month, 1288 AED.

I go Resolution Center,  choose the refund trans, every time it tell me " We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction. Back to Resolution Cente".

I use message center, every time only automatic reply, nothing to do, I use this way.

My issue is: My payment to SHARAF DG LLC on 14 Aug, 1288 AED,Exchange rate ‪365.38 USD‬ = ‪1,288.00 AED‬,1 USD = $3.5252 AED, for the order is out of stock, then SHARAF DG LLC refund the money to me, but Paypal rufund, Exchange rate 1,288.00 AED‬ = ‪350.66 USD‬, 1 AED = $0.2723 USD. Why I use Paypal, get nothing, but lose 14.72 USD, how can I use Paypal next time? 14.72 USD to 350.66 USD, it's 4.2% difference, very big.

I use the "Resolution Center", only tell me "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction.", I can do nothing in your "Resolution Center".

Please apply full refund to me, total 365.38 USD. And please check the Exchange rate on 14 Aug 2023, Exchange rate ‪365.38 USD‬ = ‪1,288.00 AED‬,1 USD = $3.5252 AED, this is very higher than the market.

I get nothing, just use Paypal, now I lose 14.72 USD, it's a very big lost. It's terrible to use Paypal, I'm afraid to use Paypal any more.

Please contact me by my email  or phone, [removed], or please tell me, How I can contact your service agent. Please solve this dispute amount 14.72 USD.
