Refund is complete but no money

the refund is completed but It has been more than 30 days but the refund is still not in my bank account or paypal balance.

Welcome to PayPal Community! If you are having issues receiving a payment after waiting 30 days, you may want to contact Customer Support directly to file a trace on the refund. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us (when available) at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
