Refund for Out of Stock item.

What happens if Home Depot charged you for something (Used Pay in 4) but then contacted you saying item was actually not in stock nor will be for two months? Thanks!

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member! 

Please ask the merchant to cancel the order on their side, and this will subsequently cancel the transaction on your own PayPal account.
