Hi, I bought the item with my Visa Gift card which was used up and no longer active. The seller issued the refund due to missing item during delivery. Will the refund put into my PayPal account? Please help.
Refund returns to card if seller issued refund from within the original transaction. You’ll need to contact card issuer. If instead seller sent you a payment as refund, then it will go to your PayPal account.
