I received funds in a 2nd PayPal account and was put on hold for 21 days. I wanted to have the funds sent to another PayPal account so I issued a refund and deleted the 2nd account afterwards. Will the deletion affect the refund I made?
I understand that you have issued a refund for the transaction and then closed the PayPal account. I would like to inform you that the refund would not be affected after closing the account. As you have already initiated the refund, it would be processed without any issue.
