Well they told you why in that message???
The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @Dusterq,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty receiving payments. Accounts in Sweden shouldn't have any specific restrictions for receiving international payments. I recommend double-checking a few things to ensure your account is fully set up. First, you'll want to ensure your email address and phone numbers are confirmed. After that, double-check that your account is verified and that you've confirmed your identity. It's also a good idea to ensure you don't have any unresolved account issues in your Resolution Center and Customer Identification Portal. If you still can't accept payments after that, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options.
I hope this helps and you can accept payments soon!
