Received fund is in pending mode for over three months.

Hi all,

I have received a fund in March but the status is still in Pending mode. I cannot withdraw or return the fund. I have contacted Paypal customer service but they always answers me that the transaction is under review and the funds should be available with in 72 hours.

Is there anything that I can do to solve this?

@kernowlassThank you so much for your reply. I have waited over the weekend and still receive no replies from Paypal. I have read the link you provided and unfortunately none of the scenarios fit into my condition. 

My only guess is that there is something unusual on buyer's account.

I guess the only thing that I can do wait...
