Receive my redeem Rewarble

How to make sure that my account is eligible for payouts, because when I tried to redeem Rewarble voucher they send me email that the payment is denied, and that what the email say "Thank you for choosing Rewarble. I regret to inform you that your PayPal payout status is 'Denied'. This typically occurs when a PayPal account is not eligible for payouts, possibly due to reasons such as incomplete verification, not having a payment method linked to the account, an unsupported account type, or being located in a region where PayPal's operations are limited. Unfortunately, as this is an issue with PayPal, it falls beyond our scope of influence, and we are unable to resolve it directly. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Thanks for your response, Yes I read it, recently Egypt central bank stopped using of debit card for foreign currency, and they blocked PayPal on the credit cards from like 2015 , so I guess the only way for me is to send the redeem code to my friend in Sweden, he will be eligible for that payout, Correct me if I don't understand the requirements

Really? As far as I am aware paypal users in your country successfully add credit cards all the time to use with their paypal accounts as long as its a visa.

I have the same issue too, I’m in Egypt too and Rewarble said that the top up is completed but no money was added to my paypal balance and no pending payout is showing so if you are able to find a solution for this problem please tell me how you did it and I’ll do the same.
