Hello from Germany, I wanted to transfer USD from Paypal to our US bank account today, and I see that the US account is no longer available for selection. The transfer I made on Monday was returned today. Has something changed with Paypal? Why is it no longer possible?

Did you open your U.S paypal account IN the U.S?

Or is it a virtual / digital U.S account like payoneer or wise?
