Question about ukrain help?

Has a question about this, I read that ukrain helping them is free till 12/31/2023

Adding bank and using that. When I send any money to ukrain do I get a fee? Or they get a fee? Not sure how that works.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
They still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.

If you are sending friends/family payments then its free funded from a bank account or balance, you pay a fee if funded from a card + you pay any currency conversion/cross border fees.

here's my question why was I charge first one paypal gave me 0.05 then 0.13 then took -0.18 just curious? Ok so I sent money to my friend from urkrain to help her family. i won't get a fee and she won't either?

I was referring to the after I set up my bank showed (0.05 then 0.13 then took -0.18 just curious) I didn't sent any money. there was spelling mistake. *when*

Ok so I just called paypal. The guy mention some of the fees sending and receiving. There's a small fee. She has zero money from her paypall. Sending her money is she able to get that and is there a fee. The guy on the phone told me there's a fee. I don't want faq just need to know.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's still a little confusion regarding what fees are charged and when. The 0.05 and 0.13 charge and -0.18 debit is part of the confirmation process to confirm your bank. PayPal sends two random deposits for you to confirm and then debits them back after the bank is confirmed. 

If you were to send a Personal Payment via PayPal from the US to Ukraine, the receiver may be charged a cross-border fee, and potentially a fee for any currency exchange if a currency conversion were to occur. Here you can view more about PayPal's fees and when they occur.
